I am an associate research fellow in the Institute of Political Science at Academia Sinica and jointly appointed associate research fellow in the Election Study Center at National Chengchi University (NCCU), Taipei, Taiwan. Before Joining IPSAS, I was a professor in the Department of Political Science at NCCU). I am also a member of the Institute for Governance and Communication Research at NCCU.
I obtained my Ph.D. from the Department of Political Science at Washington University in St. Louis. My research interests include quantitative methodology, comparative political institutions, comparative political economy, and survey research. My works have been published in Political Analysis, Political Science Research and Methods, Electoral Studies, and Political Studies Review, among other academic journals.
